It is necessary to book an appointment prior to the dental treatment. You can do this online, on the phone or in person at our clinic.

What are the opening hours of the dental clinic?

Our dental clinic is open Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

I have a special dental issue. Who should I turn to?

A number of dental specialists are available at our dental clinic, such as dentists, oral surgeons and orthodontists. Should you need an appointment for a consultation on workdays, please feel free to contact our receptionists who will be happy to find the most suitable specialist for your dental issue.

I booked an appointment that I cannot attend. What should I do?

It might happen that you have to cancel a booked appointment due illness or something important that has come up. Should it be the case, please be so kind as to inform us 24 hours prior to the appointment on the phone or via email and ask for another appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in charging the price of a consultation.

I have a dental issue and would like to request a quotation online

Since the price of dental treatments depends on several factors, personal consultation and panoramic X-ray are necessary to have a quotation prepared. We always suggest a personal consultation where a detailed treatment plan and personalised quotation can be handed out.

I got my quotation at the dental clinic. When do I have to get back to you?

Quotations are valid up to 30 days. Unless otherwise provided by the dentist, you need to get back to us within 30 days.

Prices

How much will my dental treatment cost?

Your dentist will provide you with all the necessary information concerning the foreseeable expenses of the dental treatment in advance. Please find our general price list here.

Payment

When do I need to pay for the dental treatment?

​​Dental treatments need to be paid off following the actual intervention, except for dental prosthetic devices, in case of which a 50% deposit is necessary.

What payment options are there at the dental clinic?

It is possible to pay by cash or debit card at our clinics. 3% discount is provided for cash payment from the final amount.

Guarantee

I had a dental treatment done at the clinic. What guarantee conditions apply?

All dental interventions under guarantee are free of charge. Please find further information on the conditions of guarantee here.

I lost my guarantee card. Do I lose my guarantee on the dental prosthesis too?

Should you have appeared at the check-ups every 6 months as discussed with the dentist, the guarantee remains valid. Our patient data system keeps track of the guarantee conditions as well, therefore you may return with your dental prosthesis within the confirmed time range if you have a problem.

I had a root canal treatment done, but the tooth could not be saved. What should I do?

In the case of root canal treatments, the prognosis of the treatment varies individually. The healing process depends on individual regeneration, therefore no guarantee can be provided even after the most cautious dental interventions.
