We recognise that for most of us, dental interventions and prosthetic treatments are long-term investments.
We are convinced that the materials and equipment we use are the most reliable ones on the market, therefore we provide an up to lifetime guarantee on them.
The guarantee includes the correction or the necessary replacement of the prostheses and the dental treatments. The guarantee does not apply to costs associated with travel, visit or other matters (e.g. loss of work). Egressy Dental Kft. provides a guarantee only for dental treatments carried out by the dental practitioners of the dental clinic and the prostheses prepared by them. The final outcome of the dental treatment may be affected by the general health conditions and hygiene habits of the patient, which of course cannot be guaranteed by the dentist.

Crowns, bridges: 3 years guarantee
Removable dentures, partials: 3 years guarantee
Porcelain veneers: 3 years guarantee
Biomet 3i dental implants: 10 years guarantee
Alpha Bio dental implants: lifetime guarantee
Conditions
Guarantee conditions apply if:
the patient takes care of their teeth properly and continuously complies with the oral hygiene recommendations of their dentist,
shows up at our dental clinic for the free check-ups prescribed by the dentist annually or every 6 months,
has the preservative treatments (scaling, prosthesis lining) suggested by their dentist done within 30 days at the latest,
keeps the dental prosthesis clean as explained by the dentist,
uses the dental prosthesis as intended and only exposes it to physiological masticatory forces that do not overburden the prosthesis,
does not damage the dental prosthesis and does not develop bone or gum disease,
pays off each and every dental intervention.
Guarantee is no longer valid if:
the patient does not appear at check-ups every 6 months,
smokes,
does not follow a healthy diet and/or has another unhealthy addiction,
gains or loses a significant amount of weight in a short period of time,
has a chronic disease that adversely affects the dentition or the condition of the dental prosthesis (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, cancer, post-radiotherapy or chemotherapy)
develops any allergy or dental disease after the treatment that was not known prior to or during the dental treatment,
has the dental intervention or prosthetic treatment suggested by our dental clinic completed at another clinic,
does not have the protective night guard prepared or does not wear it overnight – resulting in the cracking of the porcelain layer due to intensive teeth grinding,
the dental prosthesis or dental implant is subject to extreme stress (overnight teeth grinding or gripping) that consequently damages either of them,
the dental prosthesis or dental implant is used abnormally thus damaging it (dropped dental prosthesis, sports injury),
the dental prosthesis or dental implant is damaged in an accident,
the porcelain veneer is damaged due to its intensive usage,
the dental implantation is not carried out within the planned time range (in case of a short-term temporary prosthesis that is used prior to the implantation).
Our dental clinic is not responsible for any unforeseen but necessary root canal treatments. It may rarely occur that the tooth is traumatised during the preparation of certain dental prosthetic devices (crown, bridge), consequently requiring root canal treatment.
